Simon Bainbridge is one the UK’s leading contemporary composers and in 2007 was commissioned to write a new work for the opening of a building in Canada, designed by Daniel Libeskind.

His piece explores sound in space, aiming to reflect the juxtaposition of angles so often seen in Libekind’s building, but reflect this through sound. This pack also aims to introduce students to a new sound world, engage with their surrounding and explore music in space…
