Useful information about using the London Sinfonietta shop
1 Delivery
Please allow 7 days for delivery (14 if outside the UK)
Orders can only be sent to the delivery address of the credit/debit card used
2 Tax, Currency and Postage
Prices contain VAT at 17.5%
You may choose to purchase from this site using £, $ or €
Postage and packing is calculated according to the number of items purchased.
Within the UK, P&P is £1.50 for the first CD, and 50p for additional
CDs. P&P for international deliveries will be calculated according to the
country, and the total due shown in the shopping cart before you complete your
payment.
3 Returns
CDs can only be returned if the seal is unbroken, and should be returned within
7 days of delivery to the London Sinfonietta offices (address below). We will
reimburse the full cost of the CD, but you are responsible for the postage costs
of returning the CD to us.
If the CD you receive is faulty, we will replace it at no cost to you.
4 Privacy Policy
Your payment is processed by WorldPay via a secure link. No credit/debit card
details are received or held by the London Sinfonietta
Other personal information which you provide about yourself will be held by
the London Sinfonietta and used for operational purposes only – for example
confirming and sending your order.
We will not make your contact details available to any other organisation.
We may use your contact details to inform you of new products or special offers
from the London Sinfonietta which we feel may be of interest. If you do not
wish to receive this information, please click the appropriate choice on the
shopping cart form, or email info@londonsinfonietta.org.uk
at a later date.
