ort-oard was composed for cello and soundtrack. It was commissioned as a Sinfonietta Short for the London Sinfonietta's 40th Birthday and was premiered as part of LDN_SNF 40 on 13 December 2008 at Spirit Level in the Southbank Centre.
Both the cello part and the accompanying tape soundtrack can be downloaded from this website giving any musician anywhere the opportunity to have a go at playing the piece. The tape part can be found here and the cello part is available at the bottom of the page.
