Lylat was designed as an inclusive piece for anyone (on any instrument) who can muster a G major(-ish) scale in semibreves. This is the accompanying tape part; a sort of romp for processed thumb pianos.

Lylat was commissioned as a Sinfonietta Short as part of the London Sinfonietta's 40th Birthday celebrations. It was premiered on 13 December 2008 as part of LDN_SNF 40 at the Spirit Level at the Southbank Centre.
