A programme of chamber music from Eastern Europe which reflects the changing face of Polish composition, from Panufnik’s early Piano Trio to Penderecki’s masterly Clarinet Quartet and to Mykieten’s innovatively daring work. Also including Igor Stravinsky’s rousing Suite from ‘The Soldier’s Tale’.
