Concerts Manager (freelance)
The London Sinfonietta, the UK’s leading contemporary music ensemble, is seeking an experienced individual or individuals to provide freelance concerts management services, to be booked on an ad-hoc project-by-project basis, for the ensemble’s season of concerts in London, the UK and on tour.
For a given concert project, the Concerts Manager would be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the on-the-ground activities related to that project, at rehearsals, concerts, tours or recordings undertaken by the London Sinfonietta. The extent of the time commitment and the exact nature of the services required would vary depending on the project.
We are looking for people with strong organisational ability, the ability to read and understand sometimes complex musical scores and the qualities of diplomacy and discretion.
