The role of Development Manager is a key position within the organisation and the post-holder will work closely with the Chief Executive and the senior management team on realising the projects and plans that will form part of the exciting future of one of the world’s most innovative, small-scale new music ensembles. They will work in close partnership with the Head of Development Strategy.

ADMINISTRATION & RECORDINGS OFFICER

The role of Administration and Recordings Officer is a fantastic opportunity to gain wide ranging experience across the organisation, based in the central administration department. The position is crucial for ensuring the smooth running of the office, assisting the General Manager in all aspects of office management, as well as playing an important role in supporting the Chief Executive. The post-holder will oversee all aspects of recordings production from project proposals through to release, and will also be expected to work closely with other departments, assisting with specific aspects of their work. The role is important in promoting good internal office communication across this small, dedicated and friendly team, and will suit someone looking for a hands-on first job in the arts.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

The role of Marketing Assistant is a wonderful opportunity to communicate the experience of hearing new music to the wider world. The position would suit someone who is looking for their first job in the arts and hoping for creative, varied and challenging opportunities within a small but ambitious organisation. Working to the Marketing Manager, the post-holder will conceieve and deliver audience development campaigns around our events and lead on digital marketing, as well as running our 16-25 scheme and Through the Lens photography project.
